Choreograph Your Path will be referred to henceforth as CYP.

1. Subscription and Account Access:

1.1 CYP provides a subscription to Members in the form of in-person events, coaching calls, and on-demand content.

1.2 Each Member is entitled to one account, allowing them to access products and services offered live and online by CYP.

1.3 Members are required to utilize their accounts for legal purposes only. Any illegal activities undertaken using the provided services render the Member fully responsible for any penalties incurred. CYP will not be held liable for the actions of the Member.

2. Payment Terms:

2.1 Payments for the subscription service are automatically withdrawn from the Member's credit card or bank account on a monthly basis.

2.2 The subscription operates on a month-to-month basis, and payments made are non-refundable once processed.

2.3 Members have access to live events, coaching calls, and on-demand content for one full month following each successful payment.

2.4 In the event of a failed payment, the Member will be notified, and they have one week (5 business days) to rectify the situation by making the required payment.

2.5 If the payment is not made within the specified one-week period, the Member's account will be paused.

2.6 The account will remain in a paused state for a duration of 2 weeks, during which the Member retains the opportunity to make the overdue payment.

2.7 If the required payment is not received within the 2-week period, the Member's account will be permanently deleted, along with all the information and data contained therein.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 Members can cancel their subscription at any time without incurring penalties or fees.

3.2 To cancel, Members must notify CYP by email at: [email protected].

3.3 CYP requires three (3) business days to process the cancellation and update it in the system.

3.4 Upon cancellation:

a. Members will lose access to the Website and its features, including on-demand content.

b. Members will lose access to live, in-person events and coaching calls facilitated by CYP.

c. Members retain the option to start a new account at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription.

4. Legal Responsibilities:

4.1 Members are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective industries.

4.2 If a Member engages in illegal activities, they bear full responsibility for any legal consequences, and CYP will not be held liable for such actions.

5. Dispute Resolution:

5.1 In the event of disputes or concerns regarding the services provided, Members are encouraged to contact CYP at [email protected].

5.2 Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of CYP's headquarters.

6. Modifications to the Policy:

6.1 CYP reserves the right to modify this refund and dispute policy at its discretion. Changes will be communicated to Members through email or other appropriate channels.

By using CYP's services, Members acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Dispute Policy.

7. Service Availability and Downtime:

7.1 While CYP strives to provide uninterrupted services, there may be instances of scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime.

7.2 CYP will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance. However, no guarantees are made regarding continuous service availability.

8. Termination of Services:

8.1 CYP reserves the right to terminate a Member's subscription if there is a violation of the terms outlined in this policy or if the Member engages in any fraudulent or unlawful activities.

8.2 Termination may also occur if a Member fails to make timely payments for the subscribed services.

9. Force Majeure:

9.1 CYP shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Governing Law:

10.1 This refund and dispute policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Dakota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement:

11.1 This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Member and CYP, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

11.2 Any amendments or modifications to this policy must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
